This is another one of the location shots we have used a close up so that the main feature the river fitted into the shot.

We used a long shot to capture this scene as we wanted to show all the teenagers as this was the first identifiable scene of them.

We have used this shot challenging conventions of horror trailers however it gives the audience the impression someone is watching them. It represents a playful scene however what the teenagers are walking into. And gives the impression that the audience knows more than the actors.

This breaks the gap between the two scenes and makes them move more smoothly the reason for the black fade is that its more the horror genre.
